What is a shipping label cropper?
The shipping label cropper helps Meesho, Flipkart and Amazon sellers turn a multi-page label PDF into print-ready A4 sheets or thermal labels. Select the label area on each page, adjust its position and size in the live preview, and download the same layout as a PDF. Processing happens locally in your browser, with no account or file upload to a server.
How to use this tool
- 1Choose or drag in one or more PDFs, up to 100 MB and 500 pages combined. Files are combined in upload order, and each source page becomes one label. Use page thumbnails to jump between pages.
- 2Full pages are selected by default. Draw around the complete label, including the barcode, then move or resize the crop with its handles. Use zoom buttons, pinch gestures or Reset view to inspect the page. Save crop presets on your device for future PDFs.
- 3Use Previous and Next to crop each page. If every page has the same layout, choose Apply this crop to all pages, then review individual pages.
- 4Choose A4 with 1 to 16 labels per sheet, or Thermal Printer with a 4 by 6 inch preset or custom dimensions. Enable Landscape mode if needed. Changing print settings restores the default layout.
- 5Select a label in the live preview, drag it to reposition, and use corner handles to resize proportionally. Alignment guides help position labels; Undo and Redo restore edits. Enter pages such as 1-3, 5 to print a subset, review the print summary, then generate and download the PDF. Print at 100% with matching paper size and check a barcode before batch printing.

Frequently asked questions
Does this work with Meesho, Flipkart and Amazon labels?
Yes. You manually select the label area, so the tool can handle different PDF layouts from all three platforms. It does not automatically detect the marketplace or label boundaries.
What happens if my PDF has only three labels?
With the default four labels per A4 sheet, three labels occupy one sheet and the fourth position stays blank. Five labels produce two sheets. You can change Labels per sheet or move and resize labels in the preview. Thermal mode uses one label per page.
Can I crop every page differently?
Yes. Each page keeps its own crop selection. Apply to all copies the same relative area to every page; you can still adjust individual pages afterward.
Will the labels and barcodes stay sharp?
The export embeds the original PDF content instead of taking screenshots, and preserves each label's aspect ratio. Scanned labels remain limited by their original image quality. Preview positions and sizes are used in the downloaded PDF. Check a printed barcode after resizing and before batch printing.
Does it support thermal printers and landscape labels?
Yes. Choose Thermal Printer for one label per PDF page. The default stock is 4 by 6 inches; custom dimensions from 1 to 12 inches are supported. Landscape mode puts the longer side across the page. Match the paper size in your printer settings and print at actual size (100%). The tool creates a print-ready PDF; your normal print dialog controls the printer.
Can I move labels on my phone?
Yes. Touch and drag to select, move or resize the crop. In the print preview, drag a label to move it or use its corner handles to resize it. Two-finger gestures zoom and pan the view. Changes to a crop reset only that label's placement; Apply to all, page selection and print-setting changes reset the full layout. Undo and Redo can restore those edits.
Are my shipping labels uploaded or stored?
Your PDFs stay in browser memory and are not sent to a server. If you save a crop preset, only its name and crop coordinates are stored in your browser, not PDF contents. You can delete saved presets in the tool.
Can I use a password-protected PDF?
Use unlocked PDFs. Password-protected or invalid files cannot be processed. The selected files must total no more than 100 MB and 500 pages combined.
