1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you can form a binding contract with SyncTonight and that you accept these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. The service

SyncTonight provides free, browser-based developer tools (such as a JSON formatter, Base64 encoder, JWT decoder, generators, and converters) and a blog of related guides. No account or payment is required to use the tools currently offered. We may add, modify, or remove tools and features at any time without notice.

3. Use license

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal or internal business purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not resell, sublicense, reverse-engineer, or use the Service to build a competing product without our prior written consent.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law;
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure;
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service in a manner that sends more requests than a human could reasonably produce;
• Use any tool on the Service to generate credentials, tokens, or hashes intended to gain unauthorized access to systems you do not own or have permission to test;
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us.

5. No professional advice

Tools such as our Password Generator, Hash Generator, and similar security utilities are provided for general and educational purposes. They do not constitute professional security, legal, or engineering advice, and we make no guarantee of cryptographic strength, compliance, or fitness for any specific security requirement. For production or high-stakes use cases, consult a qualified professional and perform your own due diligence.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, branding, code, and original written content (excluding content you submit or generate), is owned by SyncTonight and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to any content you paste into or generate using our tools.

7. Third-party links & ads

The Service may display advertisements served by third-party networks, including Google AdSense, and may link to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party sites or advertisers. Your interactions with advertisers or linked sites are solely between you and that third party.

8. Disclaimer of warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce results that are accurate or reliable for every use case.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SyncTonight and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service - even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SyncTonight from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable local law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved in accordance with that jurisdiction's applicable rules.
